How do we store your data? The data we collect is stored in a HIPAA-compliant data repository. No information is stored on unsecured servers, websites, or other data hosting services. Microsoft 365 provides our sole data repository and all accounts are protected using the highest levels of security features and options. We will retain your data for the shortest amount of time required by the relevant authorities and licensing entities, such as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The BACB requires patient data to be retained for seven years; insurance companies may require additional time as well. Immediately following the expiration of the minimum data retention period, all data will be permanently deleted.
